An Unfiltered sparking white wine, obtained rom red native grapes with the “ancestral method”, the oldest and most natural procedure for obtaining sparking wines.
At the end of the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the cellar for fermentation, at the end of which the base wine is obtained, at low temperature to preserve the aroma’s.
In spring, with the cadenced addition of sweet must, bottling takes place, and as temperature rise it re-ferments, initiating a natural “prise de mousse” in the bottle, creating carbon dioxide and resulting in bubbles
Color: veiled pale yellow

Smell: intense slightly citrusy with hints of crusty bread
Vinification: must obtained from light pressing of whole bunches, low temperature fermentation
