Pursuant to the Book VI Market Practices and Consumer Protection of the Belgian Economic Law, the buyer as a consumer (as defined in Article 3) has the right, over a period of 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after the delivery of the order, to inform Made in Piedmont Wines knowledge to abandon his purchase. This renunciation does not accrue to the professional Buyer.
If the purchase relates to personalized products, the Buyer does not enjoy that right.
The notice of withdrawal can be done by email or registered letter, addressed to the Customer Service of Made in Piedmont Wines. The Buyer may provide this information using the attached form (see below) for withdrawal, but is not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, he has to send the communication concerning his exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal of the Buyer depends on the return of the total delivery as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days from the sending of the email or registered letter in which the withdrawal was announced. After the 14-day period the products are neither taken back nor refunded. Made in Piedmont Wines also reserves the right to refuse to refund the returned products when they are returned incomplete or damaged.
To return an order, the Buyer shall comply with the conditions laid down in the terms and conditions.
Made in Piedmont Wines repays the amount of the order in question, as well as any administrative costs as soon as they receive the returned product(s) and to the extent that the products are in perfect condition.
To withdraw from a contract, you need to complete our withdrawal form.
