From where the appellation Priamo: Priam was the king of ancient Troy at the time of the epic Trojan War.

A DOC wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, an easy-drinking wine that exudes freshness, elegance and pleasantness.

The bouquet is characteristic, with delicate fruity notes and well-balanced tannins.

Grape variety: Nebbiolo

Category: Nebbiolo Colline Novaresi Doc.

Maturation: Vinification in cement with short maturation in wood, in barriques made of French oak

Organoleptic characteristics: Easy drinking wine that exudes freshness, elegance and pleasantness. A wine for all meals, suitable to pair with cold cuts and cheese platters, with starters such as risotto and paniscia, egg pasta with ragout, grilled meats and roasts.

Serving: at 20 degrees

Alcohol content: 13.5%.
