Nebbiolo is the vine that generates all the great Piedmontese wines and in the area OF ALTO PIEMONTE it finds an ideal microclimate. Wine of extraordinary personality that knows how to enchant, obtained from the very precious Nebbiolo grapes vinified in purity. Ruby red color, delicate, elegant and fruity aroma that is enhanced with sweet spicy sensations and mineral notes. It is a young wine, which passes only in steel tanks, without aging in wood. Hence the name "Baloss" which in the local dialect means young, jaunty, smart, brat and his look IS simple and impactful.
Colour - intense ruby red
Bouquet - delicate, structured, with fruity notes. Very balanced and persistent Taste - full, mineral and fruity with light tannic hints Alcohol content - 14% vol.

VEGAN CERTIFIED WINE VINIFICATION: Crushing of the grapes and settling in the tank. 10% of the grapes remain whole with stalk so as to ensure the start of an intra-cellular fermentation with partial carbonic maceration.
Fermentation is regulated by rhythmic pumping over and delestage. After 4-5 days of fermentation, must AND marc ARE immediately separated, with soft pressing, so as to avoid excessive extraction of tannins that are difficult to lighten in the refinement in stainless steel only that follows this wine.
