Profile: Wine made from a selection of Barbera grapes vinified in purity. Fermentation 20 days at 28 degrees. Aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months preserves fruity aromas of ripe cherries, giving it light spicy notes, elegance and longevity. It is therefore a tannic wine, full-bodied and robust. The wine then matures for another 6 months in bottle in the cantina.
The name of the wine - 1613 - refers to the planting of the vineyards.
