Soil: Sea sand, gravel, marl and kaolin clay derived from the conversion of Perm volcanites with loess cover

Density: 5,000 plants per hectare - 1 acre

Altitude: 250-300 meters above sea level

Harvesting: Harvested by hand in small crates starting in the second week of September

Vinification: Destemming and gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation. Throughout the fermentation process of 5 to 7 days the skins remain with the must giving a distinct interpretation of Erbaluce at the end maturation in bottle, after of course maturation in inox tanks for 6 months, 4 months maturation in bottle

Alcohol content: 12%
