Lunatico is the most faithful expression of our great and only white grape variety. Painstakingly collected and vinified with greatest care. Maximum consideration is given to temperature regulation during alcoholic fermentation. Straw colored with gold hues to the eye enhanced by brilliance and transparency in the glass. Aromas are delicate: notes of yellow flowers, Mediterranean bush and sage with very light tropical hints. Elegant palate ,fresh, crispy and saline with surprising mineral tinged finish.

Production: 3500 plants/ha The boxes filled with grapes rest overnight in the cool cellar to be lightly pressed the next morning, fermentation at a controlled temperature at least 3 months of battonage, contact with fine lees
