Given its medium-early ripening, this grape variety become very attractive to insects such as wasps and hornets, therefore its unmistakable name. Highly pigmented ruby red with particular purplish tinges and excellent brilliance in color. Endowed with great aromatic complexity. The hint of white pepper, typical of Vespolinablends perfectly with scents and elegance of ripe red fruits creating a delightful complicity. The spiciness and juiciness leave room for the pounding tannin which gains this wine particularly captivating.
