Vinification: Manual selection of grapes, then gentle destemming. Fermentation and maceration in steel vats for about 20 days, at a constant temperature of 26°-28°C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
Aging: In tonneaux and barriques of French oak for 12 months, then another 4 months in steel tanks.
Sensory characteristics: Ruby red in color with slight garnet reflections, intense notes of violet, accompanied by hints of red fruit and natural balsamic notes.
Alcohol percentage: 14.50
