Wine: Barolo Corini - Pallaretta comes from vineyards whose altitude and cooler climate give it a strong identity. The aromas are broad and enveloping, from fruity notes to spices. On the palate, it is a Barolo with great structure and powerful characteristics: an elegant and austere Barolo.
Vineyard: A very extensive MGA containing, however, some historic Barolo vineyards, including that of the old farmstead Parrocchia: it was on these lands that the Gavetta family began planting Nebbiolo vines for Barolo in 1970.
Production area: Municipality of Novello, UTEN NEUV - ROCA vineyards in the MGA CORINI - PALLARETTA
Location: south, south-east facing the majestic Monviso

The wine ages for two years in oak barrels, one year in inox tanks and finally at least 12 months in bottles. They try to limit the operations on the wine as much as possible, so as not to distort during the long aging the characteristics of the grapes given by the land that produced it and by the special care with which they worked it.
