The Podere ai Valloni winery is a historic reality in Alto Piemonte, the first registered producer of Boca DOC since 1980. The vineyard, managed under a certified organic farming regime, is rooted in the rocks of the Supervulcano della Valsesia, porphyries with a characteristic crimson color that give the winery's wines their distinctive characteristics of elegance and minerality. Wines made exclusively from their own grapes with a deliberately very low yield per hectare, preferring quality over quantity.
