IN THE VINEYARD

IN THE CELLAR
- Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 15-18 days. Malolactic fermentation in wood.
- Aging: Over 12 months in French oak barrels of 25 hl and tonneaux of 500 l.
TASTING NOTES
- Color: Medium intense ruby red with garnet red reflections and good transparency
- Bouquet: Rose hip, ripe red fruits and cherries in alcohol. Notes of face powder, dark chocolate and hazelnut.
- Palate: Elegant, harmonious with velvety tannins and a long finish.
