The idea of capturing the great tones of Nebbiolo and offering them in a summer form. It is a fruity, juicy and elegant rosé that retains its freshness and drinkability.

The cherry color gradually transitions to coral tones towards the rim and develops into shades between salmon pink and amber.

Has a complex flavor profile, including: green apple skin, powerful red fruits, marasca cherry and even more gentle spices and wildflowers.

Has perfect continuity from nose to palate as a first impression, then evolves and lingers into more ripe red fruit, supported by well-defined acidity.

Production: 5-0 hl Vineyard in the Böllei region of Briona 4000 plants/ha Vinification with the saignèe method, contact with grape skins for several hours, cold precipitation and slow fragmentation at controlled temperature, at least 3 months battonage,

AROMAS: TASTES: green apple skin, wild flowers, ripe red fruit, flavorful, medium-textured, intense, long-lasting persistence

Alcohol content: 13% - 14%
