All Sundays in May combine wine tasting AND a very extensive Italian brunch buffet. The location where this takes place is very atmospheric, spacious and the Italian chef at the head of this internationally renowned hotel/restaurantis responsible for spoiling your taste buds.

ANTIPASTI E PRIMI
Minestrone, Vitello Tonnato with sauce of tuna, anchovies and capers,
Italian cold cuts (mortadella, pancetta,...), octopus salad,
beef carpaccio with parmesan cheese, vegetable antipasti and
tapenade of green and black olives, Italian ham , tomatoes
with mozzarella, fougasse, tagliata of swordfish, porchetta, squid à la
romaine, tortellini with truffle, scampi à la provençale, grissini, marinière de saumon.
Salads: Italian salad, Sicilian salad (pasta, tomatoes, olives,
fresh goat cheese, anchovies), caponata of vegetables (cooked vegetables, olives,
tomato sauce), raw vegetables and sauces.
SECONDI
Lamb with thyme and rosemary and baked gnocchi,
Osso Bucco, Saltimbocca, red mullet and sea bream with sauce vierge, cannelloni with
salmon and spinach.
As a side dish: tagliatelle with olive oil, potato croquettes of
polenta with tarragon, potato gratin, lasagna with eggplants,
combo of zucchini, tomatoes and red onions, lentil stew.
DOLCE
Italian cheeses and
a selection of homemade sweet treats: crème brûlée,
chocolate mousse, fruit salad, coffee cake, crepes and waffles, tiramisu,
panna cotta, cannoli with ricotta, amaretti.
Price of the buffet including all drinks from 12:30 to 16:00: 75 € (special prices for kids on request)
Price for the wine degustation from 11am to 12:30pm - Overview degustation Piedmont : 2 toplevel white wines, 1 rosé wine and 5 red wines Barbera, Barbaresco, Barolo -25 euros per person. This degustation is accompanied by Karina imschoot, Piedmont Wine Expert, Piedmont Sommelier graduated from Associazione Italiana Sommelier (AIS) in Turin
