Pruning system: Low Guyot pruning system with 8-9 buds on the fruit head.

Grape variety: Grignolino. Vinification: Traditional red method.

Aging: For 8-10 months in terracotta amphorae from Impruneta with different contents.

Color: Bright red with orange reflections, typical of this grape.

Nose: Ethereal and intense with hints of raspberry, carrots and curry and an earthy taste.

Taste: On the palate, the acidity and tannins are well balanced with notes of earth, exotic flowers and black pepper.
