Winemaking:

Nebbiolo grapes harvested at perfect ripeness after green harvesting. Traditional red wine method.

Aging:

Aged for 26 months, including 9 months in large barrels and French oak tonneaux.

Color:

Brilliant garnet red with characteristic light orange reflections after aging.

Nose:

Ethereal and intense, with notes of tobacco, herbs, and dried figs. Undergrowth, lavender, eucalyptus

Palate:

Linear and full-bodied, with notes of bitter orange, dried cherries, and ground cloves, supported by tight, fine tannins. Best enjoyed between 2027 and 2032.
