Area of production: Colli tortonesi. 

Grape variety: Timorasso 

Vinification: Traditional in white, with soft pressing. 

Ageing: Ageing in stainless steel tanks and subsequently fining in the bottle positioned horizontally. 

Colour: Straw yellow 

Nose: Persistent and intense, with typical notes of mature fruit of quince, hazelnut, almond, flint and graphite. 

Palate: Smooth, balanced, full-bodied and with a good structure and persistence. 

Bottle: Burgundy bottle. Antique green glass. Closure: Technical cork. 

 Abv: From 13,00 to 14,50% depending on the vintage.
