Profile: The Nascetta vineyard of Umberto Fracassi Ratti Mentone is located on the border between La Morra and Cherasco, at the height of the Cascina Bellavista, the Mantoetto region, is 2 hectares, 4000 vines, at 300 meters above sea level.The Nascetta vineyard is harvested and processed in the same way as the Favorita, which means classic vinification, cryomaceration and refinement in stainless steel tanks

Aging: in stainless steel, temperature controlled, after 6 months in bottle

Storage wine: up to 7 years of cellar aging

Aroma: hints of tropical fruit

Taste: Good structure and perfect balance in acidity with floral notes (acacia), fruity (apple, white and yellow peach, and tropical fruit with advanced grape ripening) and honey, slightly tannic.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.
