Profile: the vineyard was planted in 1997 in Tassarolo. It is located at 300-350 meters above sea level and has a southern to southwestern orientation. The soil consists of strong, calcareous clay with some red earth. There are 4,000 vines per hectare and the pruning method is Guyot. The vinification process is traditional, lightly pressing the whole grape bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. This wine pairs perfectly with fish appetizers, chicken, lightly roasted meats and is also ideal as an aperitif.
