Profile: the grape is deseeded, is fermented in inox steel tanks for a period of 16 days at a temperature of 25 to 28 days. Aging is done both in inox and in bottle. The vineyard was planted in 1985, is east oriented, Alcohol 14.10, acidity 4.89gr/lit. Sugar: 0.2gr/liter more or less deep ruby color, fruity hints of strawberry and intense spicy notes white pepper in particular.
Nose: blackberry, fruity aromas of strawberry and spicy intense notes White pepper in particular.
Taste: a velvety texture with an aftertaste of bitter almond notes
Alcohol content: 14%.
