White wine with an intense, elegant and long persistence.
The wood is well balanced and integrated with the juiciness of the Chardonnay.
The vineyards are located in the municipality of Roddi.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, during the first days of September.
The grapes are gently pressed and placed in a controlled temperature of 10°C for 24 hours.
The clean must is inoculated with yeasts, fermented and aged for several months in new French oak barrels (225 lt).
The wine is bottled in April.
Pale gold with green hues, pronounced flavor intensity of tropical fruit, butter and vanilla. Medium-bodied wine that can age for 10 years.
Alcohol content: 15%
