San Valentino Alive and Kicking

Who else could we pick to cast love in the glass as Paride Chiovini with Athena, Eros and Afrodite as well as starter Caos? Three of the four wines are a reference to Greek mythology with the fiery passion with which they fought.

- Athena 2022 : In Greek mythology, Athena was the Goddess of knowledge, wisdom and the more noble aspects of war. Athena is a white wine from Alto Piemonte based on the Erbaluce grape.

- Eros 2024: Eros is the god of love often depicted as an angel. Eros is a rosé wine, of course also from Alto Piemonte, based on the nebbiolo wine. Not a "flutzy" rosé but a rosé full of character

- Afrodite 2022: This wine embodies the goddess Aphrodite, who was forthright and tenacious; she married Hephaistos despite being in love with Ares, the Warrior God. Afrodite is based on the Vespolina grape, which is produced not only as a 100% autoctono in Alto Piemonte but also often in blends with Nebbiolo and Uva Rara.

And last but not least, we addCAOS to the package, a Spumante, aged36 months on the yeasts of the Erbaluce grape. A success number in our Spumante offerings. This to complete the Caos of Greek mythology.
