Profile: The vineyard was planted in 1997 in Tassarolo. It is located at an elevation of 300–350 meters above sea level and faces south to southwest. The soil consists of dense, calcareous clay with some red earth. There are 4,000 vines per hectare, and the pruning method is Guyot. The winemaking process is traditional, involving gentle pressing of whole grape clusters. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This wine pairs perfectly with seafood appetizers, chicken, and lightly roasted meats, and is also ideal as an aperitif.
