Colour: ruby red
Composition: Nebbiolo 85% - 15% Vespolina
The wine is produced exclusively with grapes from the vineyard "Vigna Cristiana", located in the Traversagna region, in the villages of Boca and Prato Sesia. The grape, grown according to organic farming methods, is harvested by selecting and removing the unripe bunches and grapes. After pressing and a 7-9 day fermentation process, the wine is poured into stainless steel vats and pumped over again and again to remove sediment. The wine, which has matured for 8 months in traditional oak barrels (2500 lt), is bottled after filtering at the Ai Valloni Estate.
