The idea of capturing the great notes of Nebbiolo and proposing them in a summery guise. It's a fruity, juicy and elegant rose that maintains freshness and drinkability. 

The cherry color becomes progressively coral tones towards the rim, evolving it will develop into shades between salmon pink and amber tones. 

Owns complex flavor profile such as: green apple skin, bold red fruit, marasca cherry and even further mellow herbs and wildflowers. 

Has a perfect continuity from nose to palate as first impact, then evolves and persists in more mature red fruit supported bywell defined acidity.

Production: 5-0 hl Vineyard in the Böllei region of Briona 4000 plants/ha Vinification with the saignèe method, contact with grapes skin for a few hours, cold precipitation and slow fragmentation at controlled temperature at least 3 months of battonage, contact with fine lees coral 

AROMAS:FLAVORS: green apple skin, wildflowers, mature red fruit flavorful, medium structured, intense, lingering persistence

Alcoholpercentage: 13% - 14%
