Rosé from 2024? Many people think that rosé must necessarily be from 2025, the most recent vintage. That’s not true! A “gourmet” wine can be enjoyed at its peak quality up to three years after the harvest date. These rosé wines come from Alto Piemonte, all made from Nebbiolo grapes with skin and must contact ranging from 1.5 hours to 6 hours (the lightest is 1.5 hours).
