Cuvage Asti DOCG \\\"Acquesi\\\" was voted number one in the world by the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in London.

The Cuvage Asti DOCG "Acquesi" was voted number one in the world in London by the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in the category of aromatic spumante wines. The Acquesi is made from grapes grown in the vineyards on the hills of the town of Acqui Terme, terroir, traditionally suitable for the production of sparkling wine.

This was the grand finale of "Live Show Sparkling Night", the evening organised on 4 November by Cuvage, the sparkling wine producer of the Mondodelvino SpA group, which ended with the announcement of the winners of the famous international competition, followed by a live broadcast that brought together London, Milan and Priocca.

For four years, the wines of Cuvage were tasted and rewarded by the highest authority on champagne and bubbles, Tom Stevenson, who crowned the 2019 edition with a great victory. This year, the Asti Cuvage DOCG "Acquesi" has won three awards: Best in Class Asti Dolce, Best Asti and World Champion Sparkling Aromatic, a prize awarded for the first time in this category.
