A tribute to the native Monferrato grape variety: a radiant, charming woman, yet at the same time simple, refined and reserved. An encounter that is hard to overlook. She shines with a light of her own.
A wine to be discovered slowly, but with a curiosity to see what it holds. A nectar to be savoured first with the eyes: brilliant, bright straw-yellow with hints of gold. A delicate and fresh aroma, just like the flavour; initially yellow-fleshed fruit, then giving way to a distinct mineral note.
A Cortese specially hand-selected. Excellent for sipping gently and slowly to see how it evolves in the glass and on the palate. Served at around 11°C, it makes for a pleasant start to a dinner with friends – a fresh and welcoming introduction. Brilla is meant to be discovered, sipped down to the very last drop, before peering through the keyhole
on the label to rediscover the beauty and gentleness of this bottle.
Piedmont, Italy.
