Montalbera - Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Millesimato - Pas Dosé

Production:
Sparkling wine produced by gently pressing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, in accordance with the strict guidelines of the Alta Langa production regulations. Aged for 36 months on its own lees in temperature-controlled rooms. Disgorgement is performed using only wine from the same cuvée for topping up.

Color:
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Aroma:
Delicate, persistent, and balanced bouquet with notes of candied fruit and brioche.

Appearance:
Fine and persistent bubbles that perfectly complement the wine’s structure.
