Vino Bianco – Centellinato 

Color: White with light pale yellow reflections 

Taste: Fresh and Elegant 

Nose: Intense, noble, slightly citrusy with hints of dried fruit, wildflowers and balsamic 

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and immediate separation of the must. Static clarification and fermentation in full oak barrels at cellar temperature.

Ageing: inox with weekly battonage 

Variety: 100% local grapes

Local grapes vinified in white to obtain a noble and extremely elegant wine.  A white with character and a pale yellow color. An intense, fresh, balsamic and wildflowers aroma. The remarkable freshness is appreciated on the palate which makes it suitable for appetizers, fish dishes and summer lunches.
