Azienda Vitivinicola Enrico Crola was founded in 2006 with the cultivation of its own grapes. Their processing and vinification were then integrated, resulting in the production of wines and the sale of the final product. This was based on the dream of setting up a company from scratch, and Enrico invested his savings of years of work as an IT consultant in purchasing the first plots of land. The first wine cellar came in 2009 - it was small but big enough to accommodate the first harvest.
Since 2010, the winery has been working on the first sale, expanding the equipment.
Since 2014 there is the new wine cellar, completely surrounded by the vineyards. The underground part is used for processing the products, while the above-ground construction is made of wood to reduce the impact on the environment, reflecting the philosophy of respect for the land.
