Our Vespolina went straight to steel and stayed there for a year a no more. The purplish red colour is tinged with burgundy nuances. Special cellar processes preserve the fragrance of grapes and fruit fresh right into the glass. The nose profile is woven from red apple, violet, and black pepper notes. Vespolina is an uncomplicated wine with tannins and acidity partnering to forge a no-nonsense, complex wine despite its youth.

Vespolina will pair well with aperitifs but can stay at table to accompany menus of fresh cured meats, risottos, and beef or pork dishes. With its distinctive acidity, this wine will fare well with fish, especially salmon, tuna or swordfish. For cheese courses, the best choice is a fresh or semi-mature product.
