This wine is obtained from the grapes of an old local vine, the NEBBIOLO DI DRONERO, and is a mountain wine, unique in its kind and very intensely fruity. The maceration is quite long (21 to 24 days) and the wine is bottled after 12 months in tonneaux, then it stays in the cantina to mature for 6 months in the bottle. No yeasts are added, which means that this is a pure wine of its kind. This Nebbiolo wine cannot be compared to Nebbiolo d'Alba & Co. Riping in your cellar 7 years possible
