Profile: some of the vineyards for this wine are young vineyards that are meant for the production of Barolo. This way their potential is tested while they mature. The fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. Afterwards the wine is immediately transferred into oak barrels for the malolactic fermentation which lasts for 12-14 months.
Aroma: aroma of ripe fruit with spicy and floral hints
Taste: full-bodied, intense and pleasantly fresh with clear tannins
