Profile: the vineyard with south-east exposure is located at an altitude of 320-350 metres above sea level. The soil consists of hard layers of whitish grey and blue marl. The fermentation lasts 4-6 weeks in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature. The wine ages for 36-48 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Aroma: intense bouquet with a hint of liquorice, mint and ripe fruit; over time the wine develops hints of resin and sweet spices

Taste: full-bodied and well-structured wine with distinct acidity and tannins

Alcohol content: 14%
