Profile: the vineyard with a southern to south-eastern exposure is located at an altitude of 220 metres above sea level. The fermentation lasts for 30-35 days. The wine ages for 36 months in large oak barrels, then 24 months in the bottle. The serving temperature is 16-18°C.
