Profile: this wine comes from a small vineyard of only 1600 square metres. The ageing lasts a year in stainless steel barrels, two years in Slavonian oak barrels and eight months in the bottle. However, this wine was on purpose left 4 year more in the cantina in order to reveal the difference with 2015, and how aging was going on
Aroma: plums, blackberries, mint and tar
Taste: strong but balanced tannins and acidity
