Profile: the grape varieties used for this wine are Lampia and Michet. The vineyard with an eastern exposure is located at an altitude of 330-350 metres above sea level. The fermentation lasts for 30-35 days. The wine ages in large oak barrels for 36 months. The soil consists of typical grey and blue marble. This wine goes very well red meat, game and poultry.
