Profile: Volpuva comes from the historic Vicara vineyards, the Sindaco vineyard and the Massa vineyard, both located in the municipality of Rosignano Monferrato.
The soils are marly-clayey and managed according to the rules of organic farming. Harvesting is done by hand using small baskets to preserve the integrity of each grape.
Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in steel vats with an average maceration of 5-7 days followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aroma: small red fruits, violets, cherries
Taste: very fresh acidity, pleasant wine with aperitif salame
Alcohol content: 14 degrees
