Characteristics:  intense ruby red coloured,  aethereal, slightly flowery bouquet 

Name of the vineyard:  La Rocca (AL)

Soil type:  marly-arenaceous with clay, sand and limestone

Altitude  380 m a.s.l

Training System:  guyot

Plant density:  5.000 vines/ha

Production 1.200 gr/root--‐stock

Fermentation:  temperature controlled, in stainless steel, with native yeast

Aging:   between 8 to 10 months in French barrels where the wine makes the malolactic fermentation. Every 10 days battonage is done,  then the wine ages 1 year in the bottle

Production:  5.095 bottles
