Profile: the 23 hectare vineyard is located at 300 metres above sea level. The harvest takes place late September-early October. The alcoholic fermentation lasts for 6-7 days at a controlled temperature, followed by the malolactic fermentation in partly new and partly old, French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine then ages for 12 months in stainless steel barrels.

Taste: fruity and full-bodied with strong acidity and a fresh, tasteful finish
