Profile: Exposure South in the small town of Sarezzano with training system Guyot. The vineyard was planted in 1992, with 4400 plants per hectare, being situated 280 meters above sea level, having a calcareous tending to soil compostition. Manual harvesting of the very best bunches in September, maturation following in the first decade of September, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Ageing 8 months in steel tanks, followed by 6 to 12 months in the bottle.
Aroma: The scent is intense and complex, floral and fruity with notes of acacia and hawthorn, peach, honey and tropical fruits
