Coour: The Timorasso grape gives a straw yellow coloured wine with golden accents.
Profile: Exposure South-West - North-West in the town of Sarezzano with training system Guyot. The vineyard was planted in 2007, with 4400 plants per hectare, located 280 meters above sea level, with a clay-limestone composition. Manual harvesting of the very best bunches in September, maturing in the first decade of September, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maturation of 9 months in steel tanks, followed by 4 to 12 months in the bottle.
Aroma: The aroma is intense and complex, floral and fruity with notes of acacia and hawthorn, peach, honey and tropical fruit.
