Colour: straw yellow with green highlights

Profile: the 0.25 hectare vineyard was planted in 2006. The grapes were harvested on 3 September 2015. They were pressed very softly and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 24 hours at a temperature of 10°C. Afterwards the wine was stored in steel tanks for further fermentation at a temperature of 14-16°C. It was bottled in April 2015.
Aroma: Sambuca and sage, with special aromas
Taste: very refreshing with good minerality and a particularly pleasant balance
Alcohol content: 13.25%
