ROERO VIGNA SANT'ANNA DOCG...
Vigna Sant'Anna is our largest vineyard: one hectare of Nebbiolo planted in the 1960s by grandfather, Giovanni Porello. Immediately the start of the Roero Vigna Sant' Anna born with characteristic steep, with narrow spaces between the rows. Everything is done exclusively by hand, they even cut the grass by hand, and they have chosen to tend the vineyard and make the wines the way Grandpa Giovanni did. All this on a hill at 350 metres above sea level, in a sandy limestone soil, typical of the Roero region, which lies straight to the south. The yield of the grapes is very low. We manage to harvest about 6.0 tonnes, which corresponds to about 4000 bottles.
