Tasting Box bio - Sass Russ and Gratus 2017

This tasting pack contains only organic wines and not the least of them.
Podere ai Valloni is one of the most inspiring wine domains for organic production.  Surrounded by the Parco Nazionale del Monte Fenera, on ex volcanic and fluvial soils decades ago, with the ideal situation for the soil thanks to the chillissues (cold nights, warm days) they have managed to be recognized as a bio domain since 2014. This means that they have applied for recognition 3 years before and have already adjusted everything to bioproduction, in the vineyard but also in the cantina itself.
That passion, that know-how, that drive to be even closer to nature without interfering with what can have a negative influence on our health, have led to awards from all over the world. The most striking is of course this one from Antonio Galloni of Vinous with 91 points for SassRuss and 94 points for Gratus, both for the 2017 vintage.
In your package you will find:
- 3 x Nebbiolo blend Sass Russ 2017 by Podere ai Valloni
- 3 x Nebbiolo blend Gratus 2017 by Podere ai Valloni
