Day 1: Welcome Piedmont

Tasting of Gianduja chocolate and hazelnut pralines including Baci di Cherasco. Discover scents from the Langhe & Roero region at Acqua di Cherasco, walk on the old ramparts around the village and discover Castello di Cherasco.
Dine in an authentic trattoria / osteria specializing in traditional dishes from grandmother's time to turn into modern creations and taste experiences. Each dish is accompanied with an adapted wine
Day 2: Barolo, King of Wine and Wine or King, Barolo tour with road book
Today you will explore the 11 villages where Barolo can be produced and you will also taste Barolo Cru & Riserva in one of the most famous wineries where 12 meters underground discover toppers. And you will also work together with the warm baker, make grisinis and learn all about this bread replacement element that you will see on the table at wine tasting and in restaurants. In the afternoon you get a light lunch with a view of the walls of an impressive castle.
In the evening you will dine in the slow food restaurant and you will once again receive a 4-course gastronomic menu with win pairing.
Day 3: Barbaresco tour with Roadbook
Only three villages are responsible for the total Barbaresco production (Neive, Barbaresco, + small hamlet San Rocco San Selvio) but you will see more during the Barbaresco tour.
You will explore the winegrower whose wines are the same as Bruno Giacosa, you taste the finest meat products from Primo and you visit Produttori del Barbaresco to taste the result of the cooperative that already has a nice place to decorate in the 100 best wines from the magazine Wine Spectator.
In the afternoon you will have lunch in one of the most popular spots, completely hidden among the vineyards that are present around. A place where the locals are "in love".
In the evening you will enjoy an 8-course menu in the moody setting of a Michelin star restaurant where chef Francesco might receive his second star this year. The sublime decor of an authentic Palazzo, with Venetian lusters and frescoes as wall decoration, sets the mood.
Day 4: Roero tour with Roadbook
The roero tour is the longest tour and therefore will not be scheduled another restaurant in the evening. Tasting is done at a wine estate that provided its entire line (with the exception of 2 wines) with a remake in terms of label. Roero Arneis and Roero Riserva know no more secrets for you. You also go into a small but cute cheese shop

Of course we will not forget to introduce you to truffle. You will taste artisan products in Alba on the basis of white and black truffles.
Day 5: Bye Bye Langhe Roero and Monferrato here we come
After checking out and a last time enjoying breakfast in the medieval cellar where the Paters Somaschi ate at the table, it goes towards Monferrato.
You will taste at the winery Montalbera, the wine house par excellence for the Ruchè grape, but also the lesser known Grignolino and the Barbera are waiting for you.
You can dine in the beautiful building where you work with an open kitchen. You will also taste their wine "3 Fucili", which James Sucking praises, which refers to the weapons found during the renovation.
Day 6: Final Coutdown
Your trip in Piedmont would not be complete without the Gattinara and the Ghemme region. You will visit 2 wineries on your last day. The Nebbiolos from this region are expected to score high in the coming years because the climatic conditions in the summer are milder.
A final gourmet meal where the regional dishes of this region are put in the spotlight.
