Nose: fruity, with hints of bread crusts and floral overtones.
Taste: full bodied, well balanced, crunchy and round in structure, with an excellent, slightly aromatic aftertaste and just the right length.
Food pairing: great as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Excellent with freshwater prawns and traditional fish soup and especially with fresh Grana Padano cheese.
Serve: in flute-shaped glasses at 8-10°C. Keep in the dark at a temperature of 15-18°C and drink within 2 years after the dégorgement.
