Historical notes: The Casalone family cultivates in Lu Monferrato an ancient and rare vine called "Malvasia Greca" in the Monferrato tradition, today inscribed in the National Register of Vine Varieties with the name "Malvasia Moscata".

Cultivation technique: Guyot pruning with limited number of buds per stump, grassing and thinning
Sparkling wine technique
Metodo Classico; the base wine for the re-fermentation comes from grapes harvested early, in August, so as to maintain a fresh acid profile and an aromatic fan of great intensity; after the first fermentation, in the following spring the "tirage" in the bottle is carried out.
Refinement: After refermentation, the wine matures on the lees for 36 months; after this period, the "degorgement" is carried out.
Colour: pale straw yellow
Bouquet: Scent: intense, fine and characteristic with the varietal notes of the vine well amalgamated with those derived from the maturation on the yeasts, you can pick shades of rose, sage, green apple and brioche
Taste: full, rich and persistent, with creamy and perfectly integrated effervescence
Gastronomic combinations: Ideal for the whole meal, excellent as an aperitif
